Havelock North Intermediate
Havelock North Intermediate School enrols boys and girls aged 11-13 years old (Years 7-8). We offer a quality all around experience of learning in English, with English language support. We have a wide range of cultural activities, including a strong kapahaka group that learns and performs Maori dances and songs.
We have an extensive music programme with music tuition in a large range of instruments, and opportunities to play in orchestra, symphonic band and rock band and sing in choirs.
We have a range of sports including football, rugby, hockey, netball, orienteering, volleyball, basketball, softball, canoe polo.
We have modern technology facilities for learning science, food technology, robotics and coding, hard materials, film, media and drama
